Telemetry

1000-03The Model 1000-03 ALERT / IFLOWS Decoder decodes incoming data and provides an RS-232C output for computer input. Data is transferred out the serial port at the same time it is received at the audio input. An "active" light comes on when receiving data as visual feedback for verifying proper operation.

1001The Model 1001-00 Field Technician Decoder was designed to make the technician's work in the field easier. Used in conjunction with a radio scanner and laptop computer, the Field Decoder allows the technician to receive and display transmitted ALERT/IFLOWS gauge data on site. It is small, lightweight and requires no external battery.

3200The 3200 Series of ALERT/IFLOWS Data Transmitters are a versatile line of compact, full featured telemetry devices designed to meet the most rigorous hydrological and meteorological applications. No laptop computer terminals, optional analog cards or connector packages are required. Standard features include: VHF / UHF Transceiver, 11 Bit analog interface, sealed lead acid battery, connector compatible with third party hardware (i.e., Sierra Misco 5050 & sensors) and a water resistant canister or NEMAenclosure. To put the data transmitter into operation, you simply set some switches / jumpers, plug in the sensors & antenna cable, and connect the battery.

3306-02The Model 3306-02 ALERT2 Data Transmitter utilizes the ALERT2 data format, which uses faster baud rates for transmission and allows more data to be sent in shorter messages.   The 3306-00 has all the senor interface, data logging and reporting features as the Model 3306-00 Transmitter, and is programmed using HSE's Insight Software program.

4500The 4500 Base Station Receiver accepts transmitted data from field transmitters or repeater stations. It is small and lightweight for convenient placement close to the antenna, and is powered by a 12 VDC charger. (As an option, the Model 5601-00, 12Volt, 7 Amp Hour Battery is recommended for interruptible power.)

The 3800 Series of RF Power Amplifiers are compatible with most ALERT/IFLOWS manufacturer's equipment.

3703The Model 3703-00 Data Radio is a single channel radio that meets narrow band requirements. It is used in applications where low power requirements are paramount and only a single channel is necessary. These applications include ALERT / IFLOWS repeaters, ALERT controllers, and any SCADA (Supervisory, Control And Data Acquisition) application involving two way radio communications.

vhf data transceiver 3702The Model 3702 Johnson Data Transceiver VHF JSLM is a synthesized transceiver which operates in the 132 - 174 MHz VHF frequency range. Transmitter power output is 2 watts at 7.5 VDC and 5 watts nominal at 11.25 VDC. The mode of operation is simplex or half duplex. The JSLM Transceiver has a frequency stability of 2.5PPM.

3701The Model 3701 Data Transceiver is designed for use with data generating devices using AFSK type modulation systems. It provides outstanding frequency stability and control.

3365The Model 3365-00 is a rugged RTU with analog and digital inputs and two way communication capability for monitor and control applications anywhere in the world. The 3365-00 has an ORBCOMM modem/transceiver and utilizes the ORBCOMM satellite network of 28 LEO (low earth orbiting) satellites to provide round the world communications capabilities.

The Model 3360-00 ORBCOMM Transceiver and Data Logger is a fully programmable, ultra low power transceiver. It can be used in many applications, from remote weather and water measurement sites to dam sites. With six digital inputs, five analog inputs, and six digital outputs, it is versatile and compatible with most weather monitoring, water level sensing, and flood warning equipment.

3306The Model 3306 ALERT/IFLOWS Data Transmitter is a powerful and flexible addition to HSE'S ALERT/ IFLOWS family of products designed with the field technician in mind. The 3306 is housed in a 7" diameter aluminum canister for use in ALERT/IFLOWS standpipe applications. The 3306-16 is housed in a latching, hinged NEMA 4X enclosure. Sensor connections to both models are made via MS connectors.

3300The New Model 3300-00 Repeaters are one of the key components of an ALERT/IFLOWS data collection network. Often an entire network or a significant portion of the system's gauges report through a single repeater. Given the critical nature of the role the Repeater plays in a system, High Sierra Electronics has always paid particular attention to repeater applications to insure system integrity. Over the years we have incorporated innovations to our repeater such as which eliminates the "ping pong" or echo affect that could be a problem in some systems. The New Model 3300-00 includes Echo Suppression as a standard
feature.

The Model 3212 ALERT/IFLOWS Data Transmitter is a compact full-featured telemetry device designed to meet the most rigorous hydrological and meteorological applications. It will accept and transmit the battery voltage, one (1) precip input, up to three (3) analog inputs, and up to ten (10) SDI inputs. The station is programmable with a laptop (or desktop) computer and may be programmed on site. While in the programming mode, a current reading of a sensor may be requested and displayed.
