Repair and Calibration
Repair center at High Sierra Electronics, Inc.

HSE maintains an in-house repair and calibration facility. Our electronic technicians and engineers have extensive experience in evaluating and/or troubleshooting most any hardware challenge. The facility is equipped with environmental chambers, test equipment for tuning radios and calibrating pressure-sensitive devices, and sophisticated computer systems for running diagnostic and test programs.

HSE also has highly trained field service technicians at various locations who can visit your site and perform field repairs. These technicians will be able to troubleshoot your equipment and provide recommendations on replacement equipment, if necessary. NOTE: In cases where repairing or replacing your equipment may be covered by our warranty, field replacement of that equipment by a HSE technician is not covered. If you would like a HSE Technician to install the replaced or repaired product please contact us to obtain a quote for field repair.

General Terms and Conditions

Product Repair .........

Repairs to equipment are processed by our Manufacturing Department. When repair service is needed, please contact HSE for confirmation of your equipment's warranty status and to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.

Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the equipment to our factory at the address listed below, clearly indicating the RMA number on the shipping papers and carton. Transportation charges to return the equipment are paid by the customer.

Please use our RMA Customer Form when returning equipment for repair and/or evaluation.

Repair Labor ......... Repair labor for repairing returned products not under warranty.
 
Repair, Non-emergency Field ......... 1 week response time to any site for emergency maintenance and repair. Individual Per-Incident Per-Site Support. Technician(s) will fully test system and return system to factory operating conditions. Includes labor for one HSE Field Technician for a one day period. Please note that cost does not include travel or daily per diem, additional labor, or replacement parts. Response time starts when HSE receives written/electronic confirmation of the order.
 
Repair, Emergency Field ......... 48 hour response time to any site for emergency maintenance and repair. Individual Per-Incident Per-Site Support. Technician(s) will fully test system and return system to factory operating conditions. Includes labor for one HSE Field Technician for a one day period. Please note that cost does not include travel or daily per diem, additional labor, or replacement parts. Response time starts when HSE receives written/electronic confirmation of the order.
